1. Appointment Booking and Cancellation
Booking Policy
- Appointments can be booked by phone, email, or through our website
- We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot
- A valid phone number and email address are required for all bookings
- Appointment confirmations will be sent via email or SMS
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost
- Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in requiring a deposit for future bookings
Late Arrivals
We understand that delays happen. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or shorten your service time to accommodate other scheduled clients.
2. Payment Terms

Pricing and Service Charges
- All prices are subject to change without notice
- Prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on hair length, thickness, and service complexity
- A consultation with your stylist will determine the final price before service begins
- Payment is due upon completion of services
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in service prices. Tips are appreciated but not required and are at your discretion.
3. Service Guarantee and Client Satisfaction
Our Commitment
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your service, please inform us within 7 days, and we will work with you to make it right at no additional charge.
Color Corrections
- Complimentary color corrections are offered within 7 days if the result does not match the agreed-upon outcome
- Color corrections for services performed at other salons may incur additional charges
- Natural color variations and fading over time are not covered under our guarantee
4. Client Responsibilities
Health and Safety Disclosures
You are responsible for informing your stylist of:
- Any allergies or sensitivities to hair products or chemicals
- Recent chemical treatments, medications, or health conditions that may affect hair services
- Pregnancy or nursing status
- Previous adverse reactions to hair treatments
Patch Tests
For certain color services, especially if you have sensitive skin or a history of allergies, we recommend a patch test 48 hours before your appointment.
Home Hair Care
Following professional hair care recommendations and using quality products at home will help maintain your results. We are not responsible for color fading or damage caused by improper home care.
5. Salon Policies
Respectful Behavior
We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or abusive language toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services.
Children and Guests
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- We ask that guests keep noise levels respectful of other clients
- For safety reasons, we may limit the number of guests accompanying a client
Mobile Devices
We kindly request that phone calls be kept brief and volume levels low to maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all clients.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the highest quality of service:
- We are not responsible for allergic reactions when proper disclosure was not provided by the client
- Hair condition, previous treatments, and individual hair characteristics may affect service outcomes
- We are not liable for damage to personal belongings brought into the salon
- Our maximum liability for any service-related claim is limited to the cost of the service provided
7. Photography and Social Media
With your permission, we may take before and after photos of our work for promotional purposes on our website, social media, or marketing materials. You have the right to decline being photographed at any time.
8. Gift Certificates and Promotions
- Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase
- Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred
- Promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
